  • Day 19: Each fresh fruit and vegetables

Taking care of your body correlates to taking care of your mind.  Your body is a temple of your inner soul, honor it by living a healthy lifestyle.

What you eat is who you are.  Positive mind equals positive food which fuels your inner and outer growth.  Those who eat fruit and vegetables as part of their daily diet have a reduced risk of many chronic diseases which rob your energy and stall accomplishment.

Mom was right, eat healthy portions of fruit and vegetables.
