Task: Do the practice-make your 12th positive change today.
Day 12: Turn off all electronics in your bedroom before you go to sleep tonight
Electronics, especially a television that is left on, emit energy which disrupt restful sleep. Electronic blue light or volume noise from the tv can lead low quality sleep which suppresses the production of melatonin (the hormone that keeps your sleep/wake cycle in balanced).
Turning off electronics at bedtime is a positive change practice that calms and deepen sleep so that you awake rested, energized, and productive.
