Day 1: Positive Change Practice

Today is Day 1 of Positive Change Practice. Daily posting will effect positive change in your life for 2019.

Task: Do the practice-make your first positive change today.

Daily positive change practice 1:  Write ten objects that you see right now.

The reason for this positive change practice is to get you to make your awareness of what you see more acute.  Vision, the ability to really see, is the most potent of the five senses.  It has been validated that about 90% of your brain activity is predicated on what you see. Sadly, most people have low vision acuity-police officers know this.

Today, begin to really SEE, sharpen your vision.  Sharpen your mind, sharpen you sense of success.
